ANN NOËL

The Japanese artist, Ay-O, is also known as Mr. Rainbow. He often employs rainbow colours going in two directions in his silkscreen print editions. "Artist Colour" from ROTRING, which has 10 transparent ink colours, inspired Ann to draw this rainbow progression.
It was shown first at the Freie Berliner Kunstausstellung in Berlin with the Group Sieben87 in 1988.
In 2016 the work was shown in the exhibition "FLUXUS IMPORT/EXPORT" at the museum FLUXUS+ in Potsdam.
In 2019 it was in Ann Noël's exhibition at FREEHOME: Artist-toArtist in Berlin.
